Privacy Policy

Blueprint NCLEX & IELTS Prep ("we", "us") is an online learning management platform for healthcare professionals and nursing students, operated in Ghana. We offer NCLEX and IELTS preparation courses and Credentialing Assistance through our website at blueprint-perin1.vercel.app.

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

• Full name and email address, which you give us when you register.
• Password. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and stored only as a secure hash. We never see or store it in plain text.
• Course progress and quiz attempt data: the courses you are enrolled in, the lessons and materials you complete, and your quiz answers and scores.
• Payment transaction references. Payments go through Paystack. We keep the transaction reference, what you bought, the amount and the payment status. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes or mobile money PINs.
• Profile photo (optional). If you sign in with Google, we receive a link to your Google profile photo.
• Device and browser information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and Firebase services record automatically when you use the platform.
• Your consent choices: that you confirmed you are 18 or older, when you accepted our Terms and this policy, and whether you chose to receive updates from us.
• Reviews you choose to submit. A published review is shown on our home page with your name and rating.
• Credentialing Assistance records, if you use that service: your progress through each stage and notes our administrators add to your file.

• To give you access to the courses you have purchased.
• To track your learning progress and show your results.
• To process payments via Paystack and confirm your purchase.
• To send course announcements.
• To send you updates about new courses and services, but only if you opted in. You can change your mind at any time.
• To keep the platform secure and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Videos may be hosted on YouTube, Awesome Screenshot, Loom, or Vimeo depending on the instructor. When you watch a video, those platforms may collect data per their own privacy policies.

Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. You enter your card or mobile money details on Paystack, not on our platform. We store only your payment reference number, not your card details. See the Paystack Privacy Policy.

• Your data is stored on Google Firebase. Its servers are located outside Ghana, primarily in the United States. Our website is hosted by Vercel.
• All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Access to your data is restricted by role-based security rules. Students can see only their own records, and administrators can see only what they need to run the platform.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if we learn of a problem.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [admin email address]. You can also delete your account yourself from your profile page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Payment transaction records may be kept for longer where we need them for accounting or to meet a legal obligation.
